Custom Cosplay Commissions

I currently have custom commissions open for:

  • Sewing Patterns
  • Embroidered Patches
  • Prop Blueprints
  • 3D Models (and accompanying 3D printed kits)

 

Please ensure you read all the terms below before filling out the quote form so that we both can start on the same page and create something amazing.

DISCLAIMER: Commission turnaround time is 2-3 months. Projects with deadlines under 2 months away will be charged a rush fee.

  • Pricing

    • Pricing varies depending on the project but averages around $30 USD for a custom patch, $80-$200 USD for a custom pattern, and $40 USD for a custom blueprint. 
    • Sewing patterns come labelled with pattern names, seam allowance, and notches.
    • Patterns can come as one large PDF or split into the paper type of your choice (US Letter, A4, etc.)
    • A written tutorial booklet can be included with patterns and blueprints for an extra $25 USD
    • An illustrated tutorial book can be included with patterns and blueprints for an extra $35 USD

    Media from this list, for various reasons, I feel uncomfortable making items for. Please respect my decisions and feel free to reach out to ask for clarification as to why.

  • Terms

    • Partial payment is required upfront before any work is done. I accept payment through PayPal and offer payment plans as well.
    • Commissions are not to be redistributed and are for your personal use only.
    • My turnaround time is 3-4 months depending on complexity and existing client work. I will give you a timeframe when we discuss your commission.
    • Upon filling out the form below I will do my best to get back to you within 5 business days with the exception of holidays or prior commitments.
    • I own all rights to the commission. Your pattern may be put in my shop in the future. I will wait at least 2 weeks after delivering your pattern to you before putting it up in my shop. (This does not apply to original characters, designs, or NDA work.)
    • Please respond to my emails in a timely matter as I do regular check-ins with clients to ensure the pattern is what they are looking for before continuing. Failure to respond to an email (and subsequent follow-ups) within 1 month of the initial date sent without prior notice will result in the commission being forfeited and no money refunded.
    • Custom patterns are made on-demand and for you as opposed to being made with a larger size range and on my own time, hence the higher cost. By purchasing a custom pattern commission you are guaranteeing you get this specific pattern in a timeframe that works for you.
